Some non-standard legal work may fall outside the included service, such as disputes, claims for compensation, complex title issues, relationship property matters, trust or estate issues, tax advice, caveats, settlement defaults or other unusual matters.
If anything outside the standard process arises, we will explain this clearly before additional work is undertaken.
