Our Story

Created from experience in property.

Goodwill Property was created by the team behind Goodwill Law after seeing first-hand how stressful, fragmented and expensive the sale process can feel for homeowners.

Through Goodwill Law, we work with property transactions every day. We see where communication breaks down, where clients repeat the same information, where legal issues arise late, and where the traditional agency process can feel disconnected from the legal work needed to complete the sale.
